Michael Steven Sammons, 1979-2013, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 17, 2013 in Lehigh Acres, FL. He was in the tomato industry for 30 years and he owned Covenant Tomato Sales for the last 19 years.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Jennifer; his son, Luke; his mother, Jean Dowling of Quincy, FL; his brother, David Sammons (Becky) of Tallahassee, FL; his in-laws, Harold and Harriet Neal of San Antonio, FL; his brother-in-law, Roger Neal (Bethany) of Brooksville, FL; and nephew, Taylor Sammons; and nieces, Katie Sammons, Emily and Katie Lynn Neal. He is survived by; three great uncles, one great aunt, three uncles, and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Royce Sammons of Quincy, FL.
Service was Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Quincy with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation was at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service, in the sanctuary.

John Alan Goodwin
John Alan Goodwin, 55 of Havana, FL passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee.

John was born November 10, 1958 in Panama City, FL, the son of the late James Goodwin and Barbara Raike Goodwin. He worked with his father at their family roofing company for many years (Goodwin Roofing of Tallahassee).
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Goodwin, and his sister, Lee Ann McCray (husband David) of Durham, N.C.
He was preceded in death by his father, James O. Goodwin, and his brother, Michael Goodwin.
