James W. Faircloth, 60, died May 20, 2014, at his home.
He was born August 21, 1953, to Jesse Benjamin and Henrietta Chance Faircloth, in Quincy, Florida. He graduated from the Greensboro High School and was a lifelong resident of Gadsden County. He was a very avid fisherman and hunter and dedicated to his family.
He was predeceased by his parents and three brothers; Amos, Glenn and Ben.
Visitation was Thursday, May 22, 2014, 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the Charles McClellan Funeral Home, Quincy, with service on Friday, May 23, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. at the Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Mitchell Taylor officiating and interment in the Flat Creek Cemetery.
He is survived by: his wife, Tammy Jackson Faircloth; daughters, Amy Faircloth and Stacy Faircloth (Mike) Stone; and son, Justin (Alexis) Faircloth, all of Greensboro; one brother and best friend, Ronnie Faircloth of Tallahassee, Florida; three sisters, Wanda (Doug) Payne of Milton, Florida, Laurette (John) Green of Tallahassee and Betty Jaillet of Decatur, Alabama; eight grandchildren; stepdaughter, Cassidy Clark; and stepson Jonathan Clark, both of Greensboro, Florida.
