Bernice Dykes Toole, 90, of Greensboro died Friday, January 10, 2014 at her home. v
She was born April 14, 1923 in Bonifay, Florida. She retired after teaching for thirty years, of which twenty-eight years was at the Greensboro High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Greensboro.
Visitation was Monday, January 13, 6:00-7:00 P. M. at the Charles McClellan Funeral Home, Quincy. Service was Tuesday, January 14, 11:00 A. M. at the Providence Baptist Church, Greensboro with interment in the Providence Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Johnnie B. Toole; daughter, Ann (James Brady) Hall of Greensboro, stepdaughter, Sue Ellen Marlow Murray of Columbia, S. C.; grandchildren, Johnnie, Jimmy and Tim Hall, Stephanie Marlow Edwards, William Floyd Marlow, Mandi Rodriguez and Ricky Rodriguez; eight (8) great-grandchildren; and seven (7) great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Floyd Marlow.
