The Quincy Kiwanis Club hosted another heartwarming Christmas party for 130 local elementary students at the First Baptist Church in Quincy on Tuesday, December 17th.
The children enjoyed the Christmas story told by Rev. Robert Coram, along with lunch, Christmas carols by Jack Peacock and a special visit from Santa. Each child left carrying gift bags as big as they are filled with clothing, school supplies, games, toys, fruit and candy.
The annual Kiwanis Christmas party is funded by Corporate Sponsorships from Capital City Bank Group Foundation and WalMart Foundation as well as the proceeds from the club’s annual fruit sales.
Happy kids left with gift bags filled with clothing, school supplies, toys and treats.
