Two individuals from the Havana area have been arrested on drug charges.
Harry Wilcoxsen, 70, was arrested at his Walters Street address after a search warrant was served by the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit with assistance from an agent with the Florida Department of Alcohol, Firearms and Tobacco.
While searching the premises, officers found over $2,000 in cash, several firearms, ammunition, cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Wilcoxson was charged with possession of a weapon and ammo by a convicted felon, another charge of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, cocaine possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, and drug equipment possession.
In addition, the police report stated that Wilcoxson is a convicted felon with two prior convictions in the State of Florida and has a current violation of probation warrant in Georgia for drug charges.
Robert Lee Washington, 36 was arrested after a Special Operations Unit search warrant was served at the Riverside Apartment Complex.
Washington was charged with cocaine possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, marijuana possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, selling drugs and drug equipment, and possession and or use.
